As of June 16th, 2021, Cafe Casino will no longer provide service to players residing in the state of New York. This was not an easy decision; however, newly-passed regulations stand to increase restrictions on our players which we deem to be unacceptable.

Account Closure - As of June 18th, all accounts for residents of New York have been disabled.  If New York players still require assistance or have further questions, please contact our Customer Service Team.

FINAL WITHDRAWL DETAILS - If you still have balance in your account, we’d be happy to process a final withdrawal for you.  Please note your options for withdrawal will be limited to one of our cryptocurrency options ONLY, simply contact our Customer Service team and they’ll be happy to walk you through the process.

On June 16th, any remaining bonus balance in your Cafe Casino account will be converted to cash at a 50% rate.  Players will be able to withdraw this balance along with any remaining funds in their account.

As of June 16th, players ability to play casino games, including Live Dealer, has been restricted.  Players are encouraged to request a withdrawal as soon as possible.  For the quickest withdrawals we suggest using one of our cryptocurrency options.

Incomplete Casino sessions will have the original risk amount refunded to players' withdrawable balance.
