- Funds deposited in your account usually become available immediately after the deposit has been made. On rare occasions, depending on the deposit method used, funds may take up to 15 minutes before they are transferred to your account. - Please note, for any credit card purchase, your card provider may charge additional fees that are not collected by Cafe Casino.
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, etc.) withdrawals are always free. However, certain payment providers may charge you additional fees to receive your funds for which Cafe Casino is not responsible. Click here to see which is best for you.
- If you use a Visa Debit Card that is eligible for withdrawals, your first withdrawal every month is free; however, a fee of $50 is applicable to all following withdrawals.
- Users are limited to one withdrawal per seven days for all methods excluding Bank Wire, which is one per month. However, Bitcoin/Bitcoin Cash withdrawals will be processed once every three days and MatchPay users can only request 2 withdrawals per calendar day.
- 7 days refers to the frequency of which we can send subsequent checks if your requested withdrawal amount exceeds $2,000.
- Withdrawals are processed each day on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be processed until after 72 hours so long as all pre-authorized or pending deposits to your Cafe Casino account have been settled.
- We may require you to submit documentation prior to a payment being processed for verification purposes.
- Cafe Casino reserves the right to charge a handling fee for withdrawals less than $20.
- You may be charged a fee in the event that you deposit money into your Cafe Casino account and then withdraw it without using the funds in order to cover the actual costs of processing the transactions.
- Delivery time frames vary depending on your method of withdrawal and can be viewed on the withdrawal screen for each method.
- We're unable to ship a check by courier withdrawal to a P.O. Box or military address. Double check your address on file to avoid any delivery delays.
- A $75 processing fee will be charged for each withdrawal.
- Checks requests exceeding $2,000 will be sent incrementally every 7 days until you are fully paid out.
- Cryptocurrency (BTC/BCH) requests exceeding $2,500 will be sent incrementally every 3 days until you are fully paid out.
- Should you lose or misplace your check, a STOP PAYMENT fee of $40 may be charged before the funds are returned your account. Deposit your check as soon as possible as it may become non-cashable after a period of time. The STOP PAYMENT option is unavailable on checks older than 6 months.
- Withdrawals via Bitcoin will not be processed until all deposit transactions have been confirmed.
